Social Work/Psychosocial Assessment
A Social Work Assessment includes a psychosocial analysis of emotional, psychological, and social functioning. These assessments further explore a wide range of factors that may be affecting your well-being, including symptoms of anxiety, depression, and trauma or symptoms of stress related to financial or lifestyle changes. Assessments evaluate emotional and psychological shifts or losses related to work, school, or community roles; social and family concerns; as well as changes in recreational or leisure involvement.
Individual Social Work/Psychotherapy
We provide individual counselling services for adults seeking support with emotional well‑being, stress, life transitions, and personal growth. Our therapists offer a safe, confidential space to explore experiences, build coping strategies, and develop a clearer understanding of thoughts, feelings, and patterns.
Using evidence‑informed, client‑centered approaches, we work collaboratively to help adults strengthen resilience, improve daily functioning, and move toward meaningful, sustainable change at a pace that feels supportive and comfortable.
We’re committed to offering compassionate, accessible care that meets each person where they are and supports them in moving toward greater clarity, confidence, and balance
Pediatric Social Work/Psychotherapy
We provide pediatric counselling services for children and youth up to age 18, offering a supportive space to explore emotions, build coping skills, and navigate challenges. Our therapists use developmentally appropriate, play‑based therapeutic approaches to help young people express themselves, process experiences, and strengthen emotional well‑being in ways that feel natural and engaging.
Our clinic offers access to a Snoezelen multisensory room, providing a calming, controlled environment that can enhance pediatric counselling. This space supports sensory regulation, motor skill development, emotional regulation, and overall comfort, helping children engage more fully in the therapeutic process.
We’re committed to providing compassionate, evidence‑informed care that supports children, teens, and their families through every stage of growth.
Couple’s Social Work/Psychotherapy
Couple’s counselling provides a supportive, structured space for partners to strengthen their connection, navigate challenges, and rebuild trust. Whether you’re facing communication difficulties, recurring conflict, life transitions, or simply want to deepen your relationship, counselling offers tools to help you understand each other more clearly and move forward with intention.
Group Social Work/Psychotherapy
Group and family therapy offers a supportive, guided environment where relationships can heal, strengthen, and grow. These sessions bring people together to explore shared challenges, improve communication, and understand one another with greater empathy. Whether your family is navigating conflict, adjusting to life changes, or seeking healthier patterns of connection, this collaborative approach helps each member feel seen and supported.
Our therapists create a safe, structured space where families and groups can practice new skills, repair strained dynamics, and build resilience together. With a focus on compassion, clarity, and evidence‑based strategies, we help you move toward more harmonious, connected relationships.
