Interactive Metronome (IM) is a flexible, evidence‑based program that helps strengthen the brain’s timing, attention, and coordination systems through rhythm‑based, movement‑guided activities. It is suitable for any age and supports individuals with any diagnostic profile, including developmental, sensory, mental health, neurological, or functional challenges.
Sessions use real‑time auditory feedback to improve focus, processing speed, motor planning, and self‑regulation, making it a valuable tool for learning, daily functioning, and overall cognitive‑motor performance.
Strength & Balance: Body & Mind
Our Strength & Balance: Body & Mind program is a 6–8 week series designed to support both physical and emotional well‑being. Each session combines gentle body movement with mindfulness practices, helping participants build strength, improve balance, and develop tools for calm and focus. This program is offered for both adults and youth, creating an accessible, supportive space for whole‑body wellness.

Progressive Goal Attainment Program (PGAP)
PGAP is an evidence‑based program designed to help you rebuild routines, increase activity, and reduce disability after injury, illness, or mental health challenges. Through structured weekly sessions and personalized goal‑setting, PGAP supports you in regaining confidence, momentum, and engagement in meaningful daily life.
Mindful Art and Expression Program
Our Mindful Art and Expression program is a rotating expressive arts program that invites participants to explore a new creative outlet each week from painting and drawing to music and movement, crafting, and mixed‑media projects. Guided by supportive facilitators, this program uses artistic expression as a pathway for emotional regulation, confidence‑building, and self‑discovery. Each session offers a fresh opportunity to try something new, connect with others, and tap into the therapeutic power of creativity in a safe, encouraging environment.
This program runs a group for youth as well as adults.
